Biography: Lola Rose

Lola Rose is a motivational, ratchet, sassy, classy Drag Aunty, Producer, Actor, and Choreography originally from San Francisco living, breathing, fucking and creating in Berlin.

By day they are a Theatre Arts Educator with InterACT English traveling around Germany giving children opportunities to express their imaginations and creativity through English. By night they are a performer capturing audiences with her sultry and powerful voice. She combines her spoken words with current social issues such as racism, body positivity, mental health, love and self love to help people overcome their fears on these subjects.

Since then they have performed at institutions such as Stattsoper Stuttgart; RUSALKA (2022), Dekoloniale Festival; Revue Noire (2022), Kampnagel Theatre; QUEER B-cademy (2021), Kammerspiele München; WUSS 3000 (2021), Sophiensaele; Endangered Species (2020), American Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco Mime Troupe, and Teatro Zinzanni. In addition they’ve produced a three part YouTube series called Black His/Herstory Month with Tipsy Bear Berlin. Their work has been noted in magazines such as Siegessäule and Der Spiegel.


Lola founded Lipstick & Cox in 2019, which was one of the longest running shows at Tipsy Bear Berlin featuring only Black and POC performers from drag artists, singers, contortionists, & performance artists. Lipstick & Cox provided a Sunday type church show filled with laughter, good wholesome crying, and a message that Black Lives Matter & Trans Lives still matter. While this particular showed has reached its end in 2022, stay tuned for Lola's next big project in 2023!
